An elaborate design free-drawn on a woman's hand and arm

The market was full and many women were having Mendi designs drawn on their hands. This occurs on Rash Bahri Ave. where the street venders are so numerious that it is only possible to walk down the sidewalk single file.

I feel a little like Bill Cumminham from the NYtimes who wanders around the streets of NYC taking images of fashion on the street. He would have a field day here.
